Child & Family Services Plan

Virginia has a five-year plan to help kids and families stay safe, healthy and together. Review and download the Virginia’s Child and Family Services Plan (CFSP) 2025-2029.

ግቦቻችን በማሻሻል ላይ ያተኩራሉ፡-

• Safety – ensuring kids are protected from harm
• Permanency – helping kids find stable, long-term homes
• ደህንነት - ልጆች እና ቤተሰቦች እንዲበለጽጉ መደገፍ

ዕቅዱ በተጨማሪም ልዩ ተነሳሽነቶችን ያካትታል፡

• Disaster preparedness – keeping services running in emergencies
• Training – providing education for workers and foster parents
• Health Care Oversight – making sure kids in foster care get the health care they need
• በትጋት የሚደረግ የቅጥር ሥራ - በእንክብካቤ ውስጥ ያሉ ልጆችን ፍላጎቶች የሚያሟሉ የአሳዳጊ ወላጆችን ማግኘት እና ማፅደቅ

History 

Virginia ከ 1994 ጀምሮ በየአምስት ዓመቱ አዲስ ዕቅድ አውጥታለች። ግዛቱ በየአመቱ ነገሮች እንዴት እየሄዱ እንደሆነ የሚያሳይ ሪፖርት ያዘጋጃል። ይህ ሪፖርት ዓመታዊ የዕድገት እና የአገልግሎት ሪፖርት (APSR) ይባላል።  

Goals for 2025-2029 

• ልጆችን ከጉዳት ይጠብቁ - ልጆችን ከጉዳት ይጠብቁ
• ልጆች እንዳይጎዱ ወይም ወደ ማደጎ እንክብካቤ እንዳይሄዱ ያቁሙ - ችግሮች ከመከሰታቸው በፊት ይከላከሉ
• Help family caregivers – support relatives who take care of kids
• Find permanent homes for kids in foster care – help children stay in stable homes
• የሕፃናት ደህንነት ሠራተኞችን ማሰልጠን እና መርዳት - ለሠራተኞች የሚያስፈልጋቸውን መመሪያ መስጠት
