ውሳኔው

የችሎት ኃላፊው የሚከተሉትን ማድረግ አለበት፡

• ግልጽ እና አሳማኝ ማስረጃዎችን መሰረት በማድረግ ውሳኔ ያድርጉ
• ውሳኔውን እውነታዎች እና ተግባራዊ የሆኑትን ደንቦች እና ፖሊሲዎች በመጠቀም ያብራሩ
• የሚከተሉትን የሚያካትት ሪፖርት ይፃፉ፡
• What was found
• What was decided
• Why the decision was made
• Any recommendations

ውሳኔው የሚከተሉትን ማድረግ አለበት፦

• Say why the person was found guilty or not
• ጥቅም ላይ የዋሉትን ማስረጃዎች እና ደንቦች ይዘርዝሩ
• Respond to any strong arguments made by the person or their representative

Getting the Decision

የችሎት ኃላፊው የሚከተሉትን ያደርጋል፦

• Send the decision in writing
• Tell the person they can appeal the decision in circuit court

If the person is found guilty, the letter will say they will be disqualified from getting benefits.

If the person is found not guilty, the person may still have to pay back the extra benefits that they received.

Can the Decision Be Changed?

• ከችሎቱ በኋላ በኤጀንሲው በኩል ሌላ ይግባኝ የለም ።
• The decision cannot be changed by another agency hearing.
• ግለሰቡ ውሳኔውን ለመቀየር ወደ ወረዳ ፍርድ ቤት መሄድ ይችላል ።
