What Counts as an Intentional Program Violation (IPV)?
አንድ አይፒቪ አንድ ሰው ሲከሰት ይከሰታል ውሸት፣ መረጃ መደበቅ ወይም የውሸት ዝርዝሮችን መስጠት ተጨማሪ ጥቅማ ጥቅሞችን ለማግኘት ወይም ብቁ መሆን በማይገባቸው ጊዜ ለመቆየት። ይህ የሚከተሉትን ሊያካትት ይችላል፡

What Must the Local Agency Do Before Requesting a Hearing?
ችሎት ከመጠየቅዎ በፊት የአካባቢው ኤጀንሲ የሚከተሉትን ማድረግ አለበት፡
- Explain the rules clearly to the person applying for help and document this
- Make sure the person was told that they must give honest and full information
- Make sure that the person was told what changes they must report (like income or who lives with them) and when they must report these changes
- ግለሰቡ የውሸት መረጃ ስለመስጠት ወይም ጥቅማጥቅሞቹን የሚቀይር መረጃ ስለመደበቅ ህጎችን ስለመጣስ ህጎቹ እንደተነገረው ያረጋግጡ።
- ሪፖርት ከተደረገ በኋላ ግለሰቡ እነዚያ ለውጦች ጥቅማጥቅሞቹን እንዴት ሊነኩ እንደሚችሉ እንደተነገረው ያረጋግጡ።
What Proof Is Needed for an IPV?
To request an ADH, the local agency must have ግልጽ እና አሳማኝ ማስረጃዎች ያ ሰው meant to break the rulesገቢን ወይም ሌሎች ለውጦችን ሪፖርት ማድረግን መርሳት ብቻ በቂ አይደለም።
የአካባቢው ኤጀንሲ እንደ ማስረጃ ሊጠቀምባቸው ከሚችላቸው አንዳንድ ምሳሌዎች መካከል እነዚህ ናቸው፡
- Written proof of unreported income or resources
- Signed forms showing the person knew their responsibilities but ignored them
- Records showing the person left out important information on purpose on forms or when talking to the agency workers
