ስብሰባዎች የሚካሄዱት በየካቲት፣ ሚያዝያ፣ ሰኔ፣ ነሐሴ፣ ጥቅምት እና ታህሳስ ወራት ነው። ቦርዱ በየዓመቱ በጥቅምት ወር የስብሰባ መርሃ ግብራቸውን
ያስቀምጣል።

የቦርድ ስብሰባዎች በኮመንዌልዝ የተለያዩ ክልሎች ሊካሄዱ ይችላሉ፣ ነገር ግን በተለምዶ በሪችመንድ አካባቢ አቅራቢያ። ሆኖም ግን፣ ይህ ሊለያይ ይችላል፣ እና ህዝቡ ከዚህ በታች በ#3 ላይ እንደተገለጸው የስብሰባ ማስታወቂያዎችን መመልከት አለበት። 

Meeting notices and agendas are posted at least seven days prior to the meeting date in the
following locations:

• Commonwealth Calendar
• Regulatory Town Hall
• Department of Social Services

የክልል የማህበራዊ አገልግሎቶች ቦርድ በእያንዳንዱ ስብሰባ ላይ የሕዝብ አስተያየት ጊዜ ይሰጣል። በአጠቃላይ የሚጀምረው በስብሰባው የመጀመሪያ ቀን 1:30 ላይ ነው፣ ነገር ግን ትክክለኛውን ሰዓት ለማረጋገጥ ከስብሰባው ቀን በፊት የስብሰባውን አጀንዳ ያረጋግጡ። 

የክልል ቦርድ በአጠቃላይ ለእያንዳንዱ ተናጋሪ አምስት ደቂቃ ይፈቅዳል። በስብሰባው ክፍል ውስጥም ሆነ በአቅራቢያው፣ ንግግር ለማድረግ ለሚፈልጉ የሕዝብ አባላት የመግቢያ ጠረጴዛ ያያሉ። የመግቢያ ወረቀቱ ስምዎን፣ አድራሻዎን እና ንግግር ለማድረግ ያቀዱትን ርዕስ ይጠይቃል። ስብሰባውን ለማዘዝ እና የሕዝብ አስተያየት መስጫ ጊዜውን ሲከፍት የክልል ቦርድ ሊቀመንበር እያንዳንዱን ተናጋሪ በስም ይደውላል። ሲደውሉ፣ ወደ መድረኩ ቀርበው አስተያየቶችዎን እንዲያቀርቡ ይጠየቃሉ። ሰዓት ቆጣሪ ጥቅም ላይ ይውላል እና የተፈቀደልዎትን ጊዜ ማብቃቱን ያሳያል። እንዲሁም የቃል አስተያየትዎን ሲያጠናቅቁ ለቦርዱ ጸሐፊ በጽሑፍ አስተያየት መስጠት ይችላሉ።
